The Festool 495209 splinter guard is used with the Festool FS guide rails. The splinter guard prevents the material from splintering when cutting. These are installed by simply sticking the new splinterguard into the position of the old one. This makes it quick and easy to replace to guarantee accurate cuts. Replacement splinter guard for FS, FS/2 and FSK guide rails. Supplied in Length of 5.0m.
