Here at MSS Tools we aim to provide you with as much information as possible about each of our products so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, if you order an incorrect product, we will allow you to return any item within 14 days of receipt. This is as long as the product has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

All you need to do is to return the item to the address above with the following information:
- Order Number
- Contact Details (Contact number and Email address)
- Reason for Return
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us.
If you cannot send us the item(s) email us at sales@msstools.com or call us on 01202 133733 and we’ll contact you to arrange collection. Once the item(s) is received back, we will refund the cost of the tool less a £6 collection charge.
Exchanges
If you order a product and the item(s) becomes faulty within 14 days of receipt, please email us at sales@msstools.com or call us on 01202 133733 and we will arrange for its collection at no cost to you and supply a replacement.
If the tool is faulty after 14 days of buying it, and before the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty, Please email us at sales@msstools.com or call us on 01202 133733 and we will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
