By placing an order through our site, you warrant the following:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts,
  • You are happy for us to use your contact details, for both the processing of the current transaction, as well as any associated updates connected with the order.
  • You are happy to receive any marketing opportunities we feel would be of interest to you in the future, although we will always give you the opportunity in such correspondence to unsubscribe your email from our list.

Payment

All transactions are in pounds sterling. Payments can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Visa Credit
  • Visa Debit
  • Visa Electron
  • Maestro
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Unavailability

In the event that a product is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you to ask you whether you would like us to supply a suitable alternative product. We will not supply you with an alternative product unless we receive instruction from you that you wish us to do so. If  you opt not to purchase an alternative product, we will refund the full value of the product.

Risk and Title

The Products will be at your risk once delivery has been made. We will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of goods once delivery has been made. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums of the Products, including delivery charges.

Pricing

The VAT element of each purchase is clearly detailed both in the shopping basket of the site and on the MSS Tools Invoice.
The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is the Delivery charge.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.  We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Items Received Late

After your order has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee a time or date for delivery. If your item arrives outside of the quoted time for delivery, we cannot unfortunately offer an associated refund, as the timescales are often out of our control and we receive no compensation from our third party shipping companies.

Items Not Received

If you do not receive your order, then you must notify us within 7 days of the date of shipment. This can be by email or by phone. Details are below at the bottom of the page. Failure to notify us will mean that ourselves and the carrier will not be liable for the lost goods and we will be unable to claim for the items.
